Anna was great, she stayed at my house with my dog and cat for a long weekend, everything was wonderful, the house was clean when I got back and she wrote a nice card about what the pets were up to while I was gone.

She was really easy to work with and I felt totally secure leaving my girls with her. The Floppy Ears girls do a dog parking at the Temescal farmer's market every week, stop by and visit and you'll see how great they are with the dogs... they are awesome, responsible and really helpful and friendly.

Cat, Anna, Miyuki have been a godsend to our two lil boys - Biggie Smalls and Stanley Oliver, 6 years and 1 and 1/2 respectively - two very particular blond Chi's. They are so thrilled and happy after their walks and the girls have helped us with curbing barking. Thanks Floppy Ears! We recommend them every chance we get.

Catherine and Anna have both cared for my dog, Toby, and I would recommend them 1,000 times over. Toby is completely giddy when they show up at the door; and when I arrive back in town he gets all mopey (kind of hurts my feelings...but I am just glad to know that he had so much fun while I was away). I am thankful to have two wonderful people whom I trust completely to take care of my pooch. They always give him plenty of exercise - even more than I can regularly give. Whether it be hikes in the hills, runs on the beach, or long walks around the neighborhood - Toby always comes home worn out and grinning from ear to ear...seriously!

Catherine has an exceptional rapport with animals. My dog took to her from the very first time he met her and now doesn't even look back to say goodbye when I leave him in Catherine's care. She is organized and responsible but also does a fantastic job spending quality play time with the dogs she cares for making sure they receive the same level of affection they do when they are at home. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who wants to make sure their pet receives quality care.

Our dog Tashi is always overcome with joy when Anna arrives at our house to walk her, groom her or take care of her all of which Anna does with caring and competence. She challenges the dog to overcome fears (Tashi is a rescue dog and has issues), exercises the dog well and plays with Tashi, clearly enjoying doing so. One thing that is special about Anna is that she wants to know what rules I want enforced. Its been a pleasure to have both Anna and Rob take care for Tashi and I appreciate the interest that both have taken with the dog and also with my husband and me.

My husband and I treat our two dogs like children (well, maybe even better than children) so you can imagine the panic we felt when we learned our regular dogsitter was unavailable to watch the dogs while we were away at a wedding on the east coast. I frantically searched Yelp for reviews and was unable to find a replacement. Luckily, one of the companies I called referred me to Anna and Floppy Ears Pet Care. Anna was very sweet and accommodating from the very beginning. She came and met our pups and took notes while I described their routine. I felt very comfortable leaving our dogs (and our house!) in Anna's capable hands. While we were gone, Anna sent us pictures of our boys playing in the yard so we knew they were having a good time. When we got home, the house looked great, the boys were in excellent spirits, and Anna had even left flowers on the kitchen table! I would not hesitate to call Floppy Ears again. Oh, and their rates are very reasonable, too!
